§3	It is not allowed to upload copyright protected images without the correct release right.
§4	It is not allowed to upload images that are violating german law (for example no racialistic images).
§5	There is no warranty for the images or this service to stay online.
§6	“MinPic” don’t take the liability for uploaded images. The user himself is! Reported images will be checked and deleted regulary.
§7	Changes of these rules are reserved to the webmaster.
